• Any grievance we receive will be resolved promptly, but not later than forty-five working days from the date of receipt. If there is a delay, we will inform the investor within a reasonable time.
• We will maintain records of all investor grievances received and how they are addressed.
• Additionally, we will keep track of the number of grievances received, resolved, and those that remain unresolved beyond three months of receipt. This information will be furnished in the half-yearly report submitted by merchant bankers in compliance with SEBI (Merchant Banking) Regulations.
