Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- For any grievance against our company, investors can contact our compliance officer at the registered address of the Company or send an email at compliance@kreocapital.com or call us at +91 712 6641111 (Extn. No. 250/251).
- Any grievance we receive will be resolved promptly, but not later than forty-five working days from the date of receipt. If there is a delay, we will inform the investor within a reasonable time.
- We will maintain records of all investor grievances received and how they are addressed.
- Additionally, we will keep track of the number of grievances received, resolved, and those that remain unresolved beyond three months of receipt. This information will be furnished in the half-yearly report submitted by merchant bankers in compliance with SEBI (Merchant Banking) Regulations.
- Sometimes, our response may not meet expectations. In such cases, investors should know as to which authority they should approach,for further redressal. In such case, Investors can contact the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The details are mentioned below.
